Yes, ALLPOWER's Check Advance System is Windows based. It is a 32 bit application that performs on Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP.

Do you have a teletrack interface?
Yes, most certainly! Effective May 15,2003 ALLPOWER now has a teletrack interface.

How do you customize a system?
Most of ALLPOWER's current clients have customization needs. This normally involves creating a new contract or printing specific reports. Also, we customize various screens & functions to assist with the day-to-day activity and make the accounting process simple. Our customization process varies depending on complexity, but in many instances can be completed & tested within 1-2 weeks.

How are upgrades sent? What about fixes to the system?
ALLPOWER utilizes email correspondence and the systems & upgrades are sent directly over the Internet! In other cases, a CD-ROM can be sent directly. Most changes & fixes require minimum efforts and there are generally no additional fees for upgrades.

Is ALLPOWER's Check Advance System Networkable?
Yes, ALLPOWER's Check Advance System will support multiple users simultaneously accessing data. Networking fees apply.

Do You Offer Technical Support?
Yes, ALLPOWER offers the finest technical support for it's products. We offer FREE Technical support for the first 45 days. A standard User's Guide is available upon system purchase and a professional support staff members are available. New software upgrades will be available through website updates, mailing of CD's and even via email.

How Long Has ALLPOWER's Check Advance System Been In The Market?
ALLPOWER's first Check Advance System was purchased in March, 2001, Title Loan System, January 2002 and Check Cashing System, June, 2002.

Will ALLPOWER's Check Advance System print Checks and Disclosure Statements?
Yes, a check printing module is available and the disclosure statements also calculates the necessary calculations for truth-in-lending disclosures, APR and Amount Financed.

Are Custom Reports Available?
Certainly! The typical system has 10 standard reports, however, unique reporting requirements will require custom programming at a low cost.

Are the prices negotiable?
Yes. ALLPOWER's vision is to provide low cost software and will negotiate prices in most instances.

What environment does the software run in?
ALLPOWER's software products are designed using a relational database (Microsoft Access) and Access 2000 is required.
