Customer Entry Screen: This is the main entry of customer information, banking, references, employment, etc.
Password Entry screen: For all transactions (payments & new loans), employees must supply their password
Loan Entry Screen: On this screen, simply supply the loan amount and customer's check number. All the other information is already stored in system and displayed on screen.
Customer Payment & History Screen: This is one of our favorite and most-used screens for you can review all customer payments, check # written, loan date/due date, you can do another loan, change address, etc.
Main Payment Screen: Pay off, deposit check, bankruptcy/write-off/NSF or make partial payments:
Daily Cash System: Keeps track of daily cash in/out, beginning balances, etc.
Employee Maintenance: Assigns employees passwords, gives access to features, determines active/in-active.
Reports Menu: To print or preview all system reports.
Company Information: Setup one time ONLY per location. APR%, Return check fee, # of contracts to print, etc.
